At B&Q Experts, all vehicle sales are final. Once a purchase agreement has been signed and the vehicle has been delivered or title transferred, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect and test drive any vehicle before completing a purchase to ensure satisfaction with its condition and suitability.

2. Used Vehicle Condition
All vehicles sold by B&Q Experts are pre-owned and sold in “as-is” condition unless otherwise stated in writing on the sales contract. This means:
